Owner Builder Inspections

A building or structure (e.g. carport, pergola etc) that was constructed by an owner builder and sold within 6.5  years of the Certificate of Occupancy requires warranty insurance.

An inspection report is required by a licensed building inspector to obtain warranty insurance.
